Each room is equipped with user-friendly audio/visual equipment. Equipment includes:

  • LCD/Video Projector
  • Polycom conference phone

The calendar will be updated at close of business each day. HCAR Tenants have first priority for space when requests come in the same day, otherwise it is first come, first serve.

Non HCAR Tenant Mailbox Rental Rates

Mailbox Piece Limit Monthly 6 Months Year
Small Less than 15 per week $20 $80 $150
Large More than 15 per week $30 $140 $180

When a mailbox tenant exceeds 15 pieces per week two times in one month they automatically are responsible for the rates for a "Large" mailbox for the remaining time they use the box.
