Expanding a facility comes at a definite cost, but HCAR offers several sources of capital to our tenants—including $4 million in non-dilutive capital.

We maintain strong partnerships with both government entities and private investment groups—relationships that directly benefit our tenants.

We currently have $4 million in non-dilutive capital available to help offset the cost of a facility, awarded based on the size and type of space you need. These dollars are available immediately, giving you the flexibility to spend your investment dollars elsewhere—on relocation expenses, equipment or operations.

HCAR offers the unique advantages of a close relationship with Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine, the eighth largest attractor of federal research dollars. Relationships with other local educational institutions also offer an array of research resources so that collectively, our academic community produces the specialized workforce that high technology companies need.

Additionally, if another location is more advantageous for your company, HCAR can connect you to one of our sister research parks in the Wexford Science+Technology family. Wexford currently has eight projects underway, including sites in Chicago, Baltimore, Miami and St. Louis.
