Description
Biologics and Biosimilars
A Discussion and Educational Opportunity for Physicians,
Advocates and Opinion Leaders!
Biosimilars are biological products that are "highly similar" to or "interchangeable" with innovator biologics. While the U.S. has a new pathway for approving biosimilars under the Public Health Service Act (PHSA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is still developing regulatory guidance. As the FDA moves forward in implementing this pathway, Pennsylvania-and other states-will be tasked with forming science-based, patient-centered law and policy surrounding biosimilar medicines.
Register today for the Biologics and Biosimilars Forum at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology on October 6th!
The purpose of this event is to bring together key Pennsylvania-based stakeholders - patient groups, physicians, opinion leaders and the bioscience community - to facilitate a policy discussion on biosimilars.

Chris. Molineaux, Pennsylvania Bio
