Public/Private Capital Series: PA Economic Development Programs was a unique opportunity to learn about incentives, programs and services provided by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) from top officials at the department.
Dave Black, President and CEO of the Central Regional Economic Development Corporation (CREDC) moderated a panel discussion with John Sider, Deputy Secretary of Technology Investment; Brent Vernon, Development Specialist for the Governor's Action Team; and Matthew J. Karnell, Director of the Commonwealth Finance Authority Programs Division. Each guest gave an overview of available programs and helped guests identify which resources matched their need.
