HCAR held an Ice Cream Social to welcome the Penn State Department of Pharmacology and Office of Technology Development as their anchor tenants in Building One. Dr. Kelly Karpa, Assistant Professor, Ms. Kelly Seaton, Graduate Assistant and Ms. Kara Kuntz, Graduate assistant are enjoying the treats from Cold Stone Creamery.
