StaffJack Atchason, Director of Business Development
Jack Atchason oversees promotion, assists with marketing strategy and tactics and drives prospect and tenant development as well as the lease negotiations with potential tenants at HCAR. He is the point of contact for all facilities inquiries, and brings 18 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience in various roles of increasing responsibilities. Jack has worked with start-up organizations, early stage commercial and mature stage commercial entities. This has provided a unique insight into the challenges facing companies at various stages of development. Jack has spent time at Abbott Labs, Amgen, Millennium, Cytogen, IdenixPharma, Myriad Pharmaceuticals and TargantaPharma. Having spent the last 10 years of his career in California, Arizona and New Orleans, Louisiana, Jack has returned to his home. He is a native of Central PA and a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School with a BA in Political Science from Villanova University. Caitlin Orr is the newest member of the HCAR team. As a Project Associate, Caitlin's duties include office management and coordination, event planning, and supporting the marketing and business development efforts at the park. Caitlin is a 2011 graduate from Elizabethtown College where she received her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
